Service Description

In my coaching, I guide you toward the best version of yourself. We do this through honest communication, regular assignments, and plenty of fun. If you are willing to acknowledge your traumas and patterns and become who you were always meant to be, I warmly invite you to start this coaching. In my coaching, we increase your awareness—of both yourself and your surroundings—learn to look at and act with unconditional love, and ultimately switch off that ego. We do this while learning to give ourselves a lot of love, learning to communicate about emotions and needs, learning to set and maintain our boundaries, and learning to no longer be dependent on everything outside ourselves. What does a session look like? In my sessions, it is important that we can communicate openly and honestly. I can only rely on the things you tell me. This takes up a large part of the sessions, also because talking about it allows you to start processing things and arrive at certain insights. Furthermore, you will regularly receive tips and/or assignments to support you during this beautiful process. I am happy to share my experiences if you feel the need for them, and we will do things like occasional meditation/reciting affirmations/listening to music/dancing/yoga nidra/breathwork, etc., or I may draw some cards for you to see where your energy is currently located or where it may go. If you feel a strong need to develop spiritually yourself, we will discuss everything involved.
